Enrollment Process

Thank you for your interest in North Valley Christian Academy! The following is the process for enrollment at NVCA.

Preschool:

  • Schedule an optional tour with school (does not need to be done prior to an application)
  • Submit online application
  • Receive online enrollment access from Admissions Director once the student is accepted
  • Receive acceptance letter

Kindergarten-Fifth Grade:

  • Schedule an optional tour with school (does not need to be done prior to an application)
  • Submit online application
  • Submit unofficial transcripts or past report card prior to interview
  • Schedule interview/assessment with Elementary Principal (student present for interview)
  • Request two Letters of Recommendation (forms in packet)
  • Receive online enrollment access from Admissions Director once the student is accepted
  • Receive acceptance letter

Sixth-Twelfth Grade:

  • Schedule an optional tour with school (does not need to be done prior to an application)
  • Submit online application
  • Submit unofficial transcripts or past report card prior to interview
  • Schedule interview/assessment with Principal (student present for interview)
  • Request two Letters of Recommendation (forms in packet)
  • Receive online enrollment access from Admissions Director once the student is accepted
  • Receive acceptance letter
