At North Valley Christian Academy, we integrate the Christian faith into everything we do. The rigorous student-centered curriculum shapes the academics where a variety of learning experiences meet the needs of each student.
NVCA, in partnership with Grand Canyon University, offers eligible students the opportunity to earn up to 32 transferable college credits enabling them to save time and money. Additionally, eligible students have an opportunity to attend West-MEC that offers hands-on learning, leadership development training, and industry certification to help prepare them today for tomorrow's careers.
NVCA offers a unique concept for students who desire academic rigor to pursue their passions in a particular scholastic area. Current academic endorsements include: STEM, Arts, Faith, and Entrepreneurial Business, and Ministry.
Upperclassmen undergo a two-year capstone project in an area of personal interest. During this guided program, students work alongside staff and community members to fine tune their critical thinking, research, and communication skills for applying their acquired knowledge to real-life applications.
The B.E.S.T. program identifies where student are at in their development and moves them forward to achieve their greatest potential. The student success program supports, nurtures, and challenges eligible students with disabilities as well as student with gifted and talented traits.
